When I called Spring Harbor, I wasn't sure if you could help. Even though I was back to work, the bank wouldn't take my calls or my payments. The bank wanted almost $7000 just to start so I could continue to make my mortgage payments! I didn't have that kind of money, if I did I would have been paying all along. It was either $7000 or foreclosure and I didn't want either one. Your Home Retention Team did a great job in working it out with the bank.
